Caroline Snow says:
We have two young children who we would like to get out on their bikes, but we find even the quieter lanes can be too dangerous for youngsters with little road sense. We would love to be able to enjoy some more off road cycle paths, so that cycling becomes part of our children’s lives. Then we can look to a post peak-oil future in which cars are less dominant and cycling becomes more the norm. Once the Littlehempston-Totnes route is complete, we would love to see further routes linking Totnes to Buckfastleigh and the Moors, and a route linking Totnes to Paignton and Torquay, allowing villages like Stoke Gabriel, where we live, to have an alternative to the car.
